You’ll find Gerber Technology at Valley View Estate, which is located on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. This part of Gurgaon is a bit away from the main hub of Cyber Hub or Golf Course Road, which is actually quite nice. The drive out here on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road can be quite pretty with the hills on one side, though the traffic can still get backed up at the main intersections. Valley View Estate is a large complex, and we’ve been settled here for some time now. It’s a bit more peaceful than the center of the city, which helps when you have a lot of work to get through. The office itself is a straightforward setup. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts with beanbags or game rooms. It’s just a place to sit down, open the laptop, and get to work. The air out here feels a little bit better than in the middle of the concrete jungle, especially in the mornings. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small shops nearby. It’s a serious enough environment but without the stiff corporate attitude you find in the big MNC buildings. We just show up, do our hours, and head home. It’s a solid location that works for the team, and we’ve made ourselves at home in this corner of Haryana. It is a quiet place to focus on the technology we deal with daily.
