Genuine Network Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd is over in DLF City Phase 3, at U - 16/26. It’s a more residential feeling area compared to the big industrial zones, which makes the morning walk to the office a bit more pleasant. We operate out of a space that used to be something else, so the layout is a little unusual with different rooms and hallways. We mostly deal with network solutions and information technology. That means there are a lot of cables tucked away in corners and routers blinking on the shelves. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be answering the phone, and the next you’re crawling under a desk to fix a connection. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of strict rules. We just expect everyone to show up and do their part. The kitchen is small, so we usually take turns making tea for each other. It’s a very laid-back environment where people feel comfortable wearing jeans and sneakers. We like the fact that we’re in DLF City because there are good places to walk around during lunch when we need a break. Our focus is on the technical side of things, making sure networks stay up and running like they’re supposed to. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and it works for us.
