Flextronics Software System

Over in Gurgaon, specifically in Sector 17, you can find us at building number 459. This is the spot where Flextronics Software System is based. Gurgaon is always such a fast-moving place with new towers going up all the time, but Sector 17 feels a bit more grounded and established. We handle the technical software side of things, so our days are filled with coding and troubleshooting. The office isn't very big, but it’s got everything we need to get through the day. We have a little corner for eating lunch where we end up talking more about local news than work. It gets incredibly hot here during the summer months, so we’re always grateful for the air conditioning. We’ve been in this location for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow. The team is mostly made up of people who live nearby or commute from other parts of the NCR. We don't have any of those motivational posters on the walls or corporate slogans. It's just a regular workplace where we try to solve bugs and meet our deadlines. We take pride in what we do, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. At the end of the day, we’re just a group of people working together to make the systems run better. It’s a solid, straightforward environment for all of us here.
