Fixclap Solutions Private Limited is over on the 2nd Floor of Plot No. 31 in Sector-18, Gurugram. This part of town is pretty industrial and commercial, so there’s always something happening outside. Our office is just a simple floor where we have our desks and some chairs. It isn't a place with marble floors or anything like that. We just needed a practical space in 122015 to get our work done. Climbing the stairs every morning gets us moving. We spend a lot of hours here, often staying late when there is a lot of work to catch up on. The area can be a bit dusty with all the construction and movement around Sector 18, but that’s just how Gurugram is these days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just want a spot where we can focus on our business. Most of us take the local transport or drive in from other parts of Gurgaon. It’s a good central location for us. We have our routines, like getting tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a very typical working-class vibe. We don't use fancy titles much; we just all pitch in to make sure the company stays on track. It’s hard work but we are used to it and we just keep at it every week. There is always something new to handle but we manage.
