Even though the name sounds a bit grand with International in it, we are really just a dedicated team working out of our office here in Haryana. We deal with fabrics and textiles, which is what the Fabrilia part of our name is all about. Sushant Lok is a busy residential and commercial area, so it’s a good spot to be based. We aren't a massive conglomerate with hundreds of offices; we just have this one main place where we coordinate everything. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, talking to suppliers and customers. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right fabrics get to the right places at the right time. We don't have a bunch of corporate jargon or polished marketing materials. We just talk to people like normal people and try to be honest about what we can do. It can get a bit stressful when shipments are delayed or things don't go as planned, but we just work through it. We've been in Gurgaon for quite some time now and have settled into the rhythm of the city. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep our part of it as simple and clear as possible. That is just how we operate day in and day out.
