Exponent Software Solutions is based at Shop 13 on Ramte Ram Road. It’s a very busy street, and we are right in the middle of all the action. Our shop is quite simple, with just enough room for our computers and a few places to sit. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights. It’s just a plain storefront where we do our work. The noise from the road is something we’ve just accepted as part of the job. Most days start with us rolling up the shutter and getting the fans going. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just wear our regular clothes and sit at our desks. We don’t have any big meetings or talk about company vision. We just look at the problems people bring us and try to solve them. Ramte Ram Road is a lively place to be, and we know most of the other people who work on this stretch. We usually get our lunch from the local vendors and eat it while we work. Shop 13 is a bit small, and it can get a little crowded with all the gear we have, but it works for us. We don’t try to sound like a huge company because we are just a local shop. It’s honest, daily work, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels very natural to us.
