You can find us at Plot Number 263 on the first floor in the Industrial Area, Phase-1. Being in an industrial zone means there is always some noise outside—trucks moving, people working, that sort of thing. It’s not the quietest place, but it feels like things are getting done. We’ve been here for a while, and the space works well for what we do at Essco Infotech. We focus on info-tech services, which basically means we spend our days looking at code and fixing systems. The first-floor space is pretty large, though we’ve filled a lot of it with servers and workstations. It can get a little warm in the afternoons, especially with all the electronics running. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some old notes taped up. We have a decent group of people here who have been working together for several years. We know each other’s habits, like who drinks too much coffee and who always leaves their desk messy. It’s a very human environment. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things running without making them more complicated than they need to be. It is just a regular job for us, and we do our best with it.
