For Elemensys Technologies Private Limited, we decided to set up at 91, Springboard Business Hub. This is in Plot No. 23, Sector 18, which is a pretty active part of Gurgaon. Being in a business hub means we share the floor with a lot of other small companies and startups. It’s a bit of a shared environment, so you’re always bumping into people at the water cooler or in the common areas. Our specific spot is just a section where we have our computers and files. Sector 18 is a bit of a maze sometimes, and the traffic near the hub can get pretty backed up in the evenings. We like it here because it feels like there is always something going on. You don't get lonely working in a place like this. The office setup is provided by the hub, so it’s clean and functional, but we’ve added our own mess of notebooks and coffee mugs to make it feel like ours. We spend most of our day focused on the screens, trying to get through our tasks. It is a fast-paced environment, and being in Gurgaon means everything feels like it’s moving at double speed. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home through the Haryana traffic like everyone else. It is a straightforward way to work and it suits our style fine.
