I stay and work from Quarter Number 860 in Sector IV of Rewari. This is a residential area provided for staff, and it is where I handle my responsibilities for DSC Ltd. Rewari is a place that sees a lot of movement because of the industries and the railway, and our work often involves infrastructure projects nearby. The quarter is basic, just like the others in the colony. I have a small table where I keep all the project documents, site maps, and my laptop. Since I am Rajesh Sharma, people often drop by here to discuss the work schedule or to hand over reports from the construction sites. It is not a formal office with a big nameplate, but it serves the purpose for what we need to do. The neighborhood is quiet during the day when most people are out on the field, but it gets livelier in the evenings. We deal with a lot of dust and heat because of the nature of the construction business, so coming back to the quarter is a relief. I spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the head office and the laborers. Sometimes we have meetings right here in the living room if the site office is too busy. It is just a practical way to stay close to the work we are doing in this part of Haryana without needing a fancy corporate setup.
