Working out of Building No. 10 in DLF Phase-II, things are always a bit fast. Digi Bharat Softech Solutions Private Limited is based right here in the middle of DLF Cyber City. It’s a busy area, lots of people rushing around in suits and carrying laptops. Our space is just one part of this big complex. We spend our days dealing with various tech solutions and software bits. The elevators can be a pain during lunch hours, and there's always a bit of noise from the metro or the traffic below. We try to keep our heads down and get the work finished. It’s a lot of screen time, looking at code or talking through project details. We aren't a massive corporate entity with thousands of employees, just a group trying to do right by the work we take on. The lights are bright, and the air conditioning is usually too cold, but it’s a good spot to be if you want to stay connected to what's happening in the industry. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, watching the lights of the other buildings. It’s practical, hard work. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything, just our desks and chairs. Being in Cyber City means everything is close by, but we mostly just stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us every single day. It is tiring but we enjoy the rhythm of the city around us.
