We are based out of the Global Heritage building, right near the Narsi Hotel in Sector-42. Gurgaon is always changing with new buildings coming up every day, but we’ve been at this spot for a while. Partha Sarathi Panda leads the team here. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don't go in for anything too flashy. The office is mostly just a place for us to gather, look at plans, and figure out the next steps for our projects. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also talk a lot amongst ourselves to make sure we're on the right track. Sector-42 is a good area, though the traffic near the hotel can be a bit of a mess during peak hours. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. Our office has a few chairs for visitors, but they are usually covered in drawings or folders. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door opens, one of us just looks up from our desk. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we take the work seriously. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal dress. We just want to get the technical details right. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this part of Haryana long enough to know the best spots for a quick lunch too. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything is handled properly before the day ends.
