We are based at J-1185 in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It is a residential house that we use for our operations. It’s much quieter than the big tech parks you see elsewhere in the city. Inside, it’s mostly just computers and a few chairs spread across the rooms. We handle a lot of service calls and technical stuff from here. The 122017 area is actually quite nice with some trees around. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for the house number. Sometimes the courier guys get lost and we have to go out to the gate to wave them down. The kitchen is where we spend a lot of time making coffee and talking about the day. It’s not like those fancy corporate offices with free gyms or anything. We just have our workstations and a few windows that look out onto the street. Some days are really busy with one call after another. Other days, we have a bit more time to organize the cables and clean the monitors. We’ve been in this part of Palam Vihar for a good bit now. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We just do the work that needs doing and try to stay out of the Gurgaon traffic when we can. It’s a straightforward setup for us. We keep a spare set of keys under the flower pot just in case someone forgets theirs.
