Dawars Open World

We are located over at Vyapar Kendra in Palam Vihar, specifically at shop S 156. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the different corridors. We’re on one of the upper floors, so you have to walk up a few flights of stairs since the lift is usually busy or just slow. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional shout from the shops downstairs. People come in looking for things and we try to find them in the back room. That back room is a mess of boxes and old cables, but that’s just how it goes when you’ve been in one spot for several years. I usually eat my lunch at the small table in the corner around two o’clock. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the door. Some days are slow and I just sit there looking at the calendar on the wall. Other days, three people walk in at once and it gets crowded fast. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything. We just want to finish the work and go home to see our families. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer when the sun hits the windows.
