Das Prakesh

We operate out of Sector 55 Huda Market and the SCO- 32 spot in Sector 56. Having these locations keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Das Prakesh is just a regular place where we focus on getting the food out on time. The Huda Market area is always buzzing with people doing their shopping, so it stays fairly active. Over at Sector 56, things feel a bit different, but the work is basically the same. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or checking the stock. Things break sometimes, like a fridge door or a lightbulb, and we just fix it and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job. The staff is mostly local guys who’ve been with us for a bit. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It's more about having enough tables and chairs for everyone who stops by. We try to keep the menus clean, though they get worn out pretty fast. Running a business in these sectors means dealing with the usual stuff like power cuts or water issues now and then. We just deal with it. You can find us at either the Huda Market or the SCO- 32 address. We’re just here doing the daily tasks that need doing. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually head home pretty tired after we close up the shutters.
