Cybez Solutions is located at Shop 5 in Navyug Market, near Sihani Gate Udyog Bihari Nagar. Being in a market like this is always interesting because there is so much going on. Our shop is small, so we have to be very organized with where we put things. There are shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with all sorts of parts and equipment. It’s a bit tight, especially when the fans are going and we have a lot of work on the tables. Navyug Market is a loud place, with people talking and cars honking all day long. We keep the shop open and just deal with the noise and the dust. We aren't a big corporation with multiple floors and a cafeteria. It’s just a few of us in Shop 5. We usually have a lot of tea and chat with the neighbors when things are slow. During the rainy season, the area around Sihani Gate can get a bit messy, but we just keep the shop running as best we can. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have any mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just know what needs to be done and we do it for the people who come by the gate. It’s just a small shop in Udyog Bihari Nagar, and that’s all it needs to be.
