We’re based at Spaze ITech park on Sohna Road, specifically at workstation 6 in T-B4. It’s a big building, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze getting to the 208 area. Cyberhive IT Solutions isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working in a shared space. We chose this spot in Gurgaon because everything is happening around here. It’s busy and fast, but we try to keep our corner of the office pretty grounded. We handle IT stuff, which mostly means we spend our days solving problems that people don't want to deal with themselves. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just have our laptops and some decent internet. Sometimes we get together to talk about a project, and other times we just work in silence for hours. It’s not a polished corporate life. We deal with the same traffic as everyone else on Sohna Road and we drink the same office coffee. We just focus on the IT work and try to be helpful. Most of our clients are just people who need their systems to work so they can get on with their own jobs. We’re just part of the local business community here in Haryana.
