Cullinan Infotech Private Limited is based out of Village Gopalpur Garhi Harsuru. We are located at the house of Rahul Chookar, son of Mittra Pal. It’s a very local setting, far away from the glitzy malls and high-rise offices of the main city. This place has a much slower feel to it. The roads are a bit bumpy getting here, and you might see some cattle or tractors on your way in. Our office is just a simple space within the village. It isn’t anything fancy at all. We have a few desks, some chairs, and our computers, and that is about it. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a handful of us working together in a place that feels more like a home than a business. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the village life going on, but we just close the door and keep working. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about things other than work. It is an honest, straightforward setup. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a company manual. We just know what we need to do each day and we get it done. Being in a village like this makes you appreciate the simpler side of things. It’s a practical place to run a small private limited company without any extra corporate layers.
