We aren't your typical office with a big reception desk and someone in a suit greeting you at the door. Most of us are usually dressed casually and deep into whatever problem we’re solving that day. The name of the company gives a hint about what we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. We’re just a bunch of people who are good with tech stuff and like solving puzzles. The workspace is a bit cluttered with cables and extra monitors, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Gurgaon can be hectic, so being tucked away in this spot is quite nice. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure we don't mess things up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the people we work with get what they asked for. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if the work is done.
