If you look for Plot No. 76 in Dudyogvihar Phase - 4, you will find us. Cotton Town Private Limited is the name on the board outside. This area is a massive place and it is very easy to get lost if you don't know the phase numbers, but we have been in this spot long enough that the local rickshaw drivers know where we are. This building has seen a lot of work over the years. We deal with cotton, as the name suggests. There is always a bit of lint flying around and the smell of raw fabric in the air. It is a busy industrial environment. You won't find any corporate lounges or fancy espresso machines here. We have a basic water cooler and a lot of shelving for our stock. The staff is mostly local people who know the trade. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what comes in and our afternoons getting everything packed up to go out. It gets exhausting when the deadlines are tight, but we just put our heads down and get on with it. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we just write down what needs to be done. It is a plain, hardworking business. We appreciate when things go smoothly, which isn't always the case in manufacturing. But we stay at it because that is what Cotton Town is about—just working with the material we know best. It is a long day but we get the job done right.
