We are located in Gurgaon, Haryana. It’s a city that never seems to stop building things. Our company, Cosmic Softech Ltd, has its roots here. We aren't in one of those huge, shiny skyscrapers that Gurgaon is famous for. We prefer a more grounded and simple setup. Our office is a basic place where we do our software development. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a cafeteria. Usually, we just bring our own tiffins or go out to a nearby stall. The team is small and we’ve all been working together for a while. Gurgaon traffic is a nightmare, so we often have flexible timings just so we don't spend half the day on the road. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and some quiet talk. We don't have big mission statements on the walls. We just have our monitors and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. It’s a very human place. We make mistakes, we fix them, and we keep going. The work can be demanding, but we don't treat it like a big corporate drama. We just get on with it. We’ve seen Gurgaon turn from a small town into this massive city, and we’ve just been here doing our tech work through it all. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We like being a local business that doesn't feel like a giant machine.
