Contibazaar Ventures is tucked away in Udyog Vihar Phase-IV, right in the thick of Gurgaon’s industrial hub. If you’ve ever been around this area, you know how hectic the mornings can be with everyone rushing to their offices. Our place at 76-F isn't hard to find once you get used to the winding lanes of the phase. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone, trying to keep the venture moving forward. It’s a practical space, filled with files, half-empty water bottles, and the occasional stack of papers that nobody has gotten around to filing yet. We didn't start with a big plan to change the world, just a desire to build something that works and provides a decent living. The walls are a bit plain, and maybe we could use some more plants, but work takes priority over decorating. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes brought from home or ordered from one of the many small eateries around the corner. We have our good days where everything clicks and bad days where the printer won't stop jamming. That’s just how it is in a real office. We’ve grown a bit since we first moved in, adding a few more desks, but the vibe remains pretty much the same. We just show up, put in the hours, and try to do right by the people we deal with.
