Codes Operandi Private Limited is located on the ground floor of H. NO. 21 in Sector 37. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us hunched over laptops. We deal with code mostly. It gets pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. We’ve been in Sector 37 for some time. It’s a decent area for a business. We handle a mix of tech projects. Some are easy, some make us want to pull our hair out. We don't pretend to have all the answers immediately but we usually figure it out after a few tries. It’s a small operation. We like it that way because we don't have to deal with too many meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. The ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy but we just put on headphones. It’s a simple life. We do our work, we go home, we come back the next day. No big mystery to it. We just enjoy the process of making things work on the screen. It’s what we know how to do best. There isn't any corporate polish here, just a lot of typing and occasional frustration when a bug won't go away. We're just regular people trying to make good software in our own little corner. We keep it simple and honest.
