We are located at H No. 139 in the Hewo Apartments in Sector 15-Ii, Gurugram. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential area, but it works for us. Codersbay Solutions Private Limited is mostly just a team of developers who enjoy the quiet of this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing away. Gurgaon can be a very busy and loud city, but tucked away here in the apartments, we can actually focus on the logic and the builds we are working on. There isn't much of a corporate vibe here. We wear what we want and we take breaks when we need to clear our heads. The kitchen is usually full of snacks and there is always a pot of tea going. We deal with various software problems and build solutions for clients who find us. It started out small and we haven't really felt the need to move into one of those big glass towers. Working from a house makes the days feel a bit more relaxed, even when the deadlines are tight. We know the security guards at the gate and the neighbors know who we are. It is just a regular group of people doing tech work in a normal part of town. We just keep it simple.
