Codecompass Llp is located at House No. 466/23 in Laxmi Garden. This is in Gurgaon, specifically the 122001 area. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s got a bit of character to it, maybe a few squeaky floorboards, but it works for what we do. We aren't a massive tech firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to find our way through different coding projects. That’s probably why the name fits. We try to point things in the right direction. The atmosphere is pretty casual. You might hear someone’s phone buzzing or a dog barking outside in the garden. It’s just a normal neighborhood. We don't do the whole "corporate ladder" thing. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it and gets it done. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us as the tech guys in the house. It’s not fancy, but we have everything we need, like good computers and enough power outlets. We do a lot of backend work that people don't really see, but it’s important stuff. Some days the coffee runs out too fast and we have to send someone to the shop. It’s just a regular small business. We like the independence of working like this. It keeps us focused on the code and not on the noise.
