Out at Plot No 878 in Udyog Vihar Phase-5, things move pretty fast. That’s where you’ll find our office. It’s a typical industrial area setup, so there’s always trucks moving and people rushing around the streets. We do neon work and lighting stuff, mostly. It’s a lot of bending tubes and messing with electrical bits. Our workspace isn't a showroom; it's more of a workshop where things actually get made by hand. You’ll find tools scattered about and maybe a bit of dust on the shelves, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy lobby. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. We’ve been in Phase-5 for a while and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. The work is physical and sometimes the deadlines are a bit tight, but we manage to get through the pile of orders. We don't go in for those corporate retreats or anything like that. We’re more likely to just grab a tea at the stall nearby and talk about what needs to be finished by Friday afternoon. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just focus on making the signs and lights that people ask for and try to keep the electricity bill from getting too high. It’s a real job with real sweat involved every single day in the heat.
