Chc Pvt. Ltd. is based out here in Kundeshwari Village, at house number 25. It’s a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. The pace is a little slower, but the work is still steady. We have a small setup here where we handle our daily operations. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other. The building is simple, just what we need to keep things running. Sometimes the roads around the village get a bit rough when it rains, but we still make it in. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is produced and shipped out on time. The air is better out here than in the town center, which is a plus. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. People in the village know where the office is if they need anything. We don’t have any big flashy logos or fancy reception areas. It’s mostly just a work floor and a small space for the books. We spend our days checking the stock and talking to the drivers who come through. It’s practical work. We try to keep our overhead low and just focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when there’s a big order, but we get through it as a group. We like it here because it feels like a community rather than just a workplace.
