Brilho Technology Private Limited

Brilho Technology Private Limited is run out of House Number 330 in Sector 27. It’s a residential part of Gurgaon, which makes for a much calmer environment than the big office parks. We like it because it feels more personal. We’ve set up our workspace inside the house, and it’s pretty comfortable. There are no cubicles or glass walls here. We just sit around large tables and do our work. Sector 27 is a nice area, and we’ve gotten to know some of the people living around us. We aren't a company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to make things work. The house has its quirks, like that one door that always squeaks, but it’s home for the business. We don't use much corporate talk. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. Sometimes we have meetings in what used to be a living room. It's not a fancy setup, but we have everything we need to be productive. We don't spend money on big advertisements or flashy logos on the wall. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have. If you’re looking for House No. 330, it looks just like any other place on the street. That’s fine by us because it keeps things simple. That’s how Brilho Technology operates every day. We don't have any grand plans to move to a huge glass building anytime soon. We like the neighborhood feel of Sector 27.
