Bldtech Solutions

We’ve been here at Karam Hi-Dharam Apartments for a while now. Plot 84 in Sector-55 is where we do all our work. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon, especially when the morning traffic starts to pick up. Bldtech Solutions isn't a huge fancy office with glass walls, it’s just us in B-504 working through the day. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. Most of the people around here know us because we've been in this building for some time. We handle different technical things and the paperwork that comes with it. It gets a bit crowded with all the files and computers sometimes, but we manage. Haryana is where most of us grew up, so staying in 122 002 feels right for us. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. It's a simple setup. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get messy when we have a lot of projects going on. We eat our lunch together usually, just chatting about the day. It’s a practical way to run a business. Nothing too flashy, just honest work happening in a quiet apartment block. We like the neighborhood because there are good tea stalls nearby. It makes the long afternoons a bit easier when you can step out for a minute.
