We are based out of house number 1411 in Section 31 here in Gurgaon. It’s a bit different than being in one of those huge malls, but we like it this way. It feels more grounded. We’ve been operating from this HBC area for some time. There’s always traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the clothes and getting things ready for customers. It’s a mix of an office and a store setup, really. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just sorting through the new arrivals. We deal with menswear mostly. People in Haryana know what they want, so we don't have to talk much. We just show the quality. The space isn't massive, but we make use of every corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of boxes, but we manage. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the business inside out. We don’t go for flashy displays or loud music. It’s just a practical place where we work hard and try to stay on top of the orders. The local community in Sec-31 knows where to find us if they need something sharp to wear. We keep it simple and honest. Nothing more to it. We just open up in the morning and do our jobs until it’s time to go home. We have a regular routine that keeps the place running day after day.
