If you come to Sector 44 and look for Plot 113, you’ll find our office on the third floor. Bits N Bytes Soft Private Limited is the name on the door, but we usually just call it the office. Climbing those stairs to the third floor is our morning exercise. The space is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and computer fans whirring. We’ve got a lot of screens in here, and it can get pretty warm if the air conditioning isn't running full blast. Sector 44 is a decent area, but finding a parking spot near Plot 113 can be a real struggle if you arrive even a few minutes after nine. From our windows, we can see the tops of the other buildings and the trees lining the street. It’s a fairly quiet place to work compared to the busy main roads nearby. We aren't the kind of company that has a ping pong table or a bean bag chair in the corner. We have regular chairs and desks that we’ve had for several years now. Everyone just sits down and gets to work on their projects. We talk across the room instead of sending formal messages to each other. Lunch is usually a group affair where we all share what we brought from home in our tiffin boxes. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We don’t need much else besides a stable internet connection and enough strong coffee to get through the afternoon.
