Big Tech Solution

Our shop, Big Tech Solution, is located at Plot No. 16/69 in Sushant Lok Phase I, right near the RBS building off Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of people coming and going for work every day. We decided to set up here because we realized people in Gurgaon are always in a rush and need their tech fixed yesterday. The place isn't very big, but we’ve packed it with all the tools and spare parts we might need for various repairs. You’ll usually see a few laptops pulled apart on the main counter and someone drinking tea while they wait for a diagnosis. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the bench. We handle everything from broken screens to weird software glitches that nobody can explain. It gets a little loud with the traffic from MG Road nearby, but we’re used to it by now. Most of our customers live or work in the immediate area, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably a waste of money. It’s just a regular local business trying to help folks stay connected without too much fuss or high prices.
