Bafflesol is located in Unit 166 of Tower B-1 at the Spaze I-T Park. If you know Sohna Road in Gurgaon, you know how the traffic can be during the morning rush. It takes some patience just to get into the parking lot. Our office is up in the tower, and it’s a typical busy IT environment. We’ve got rows of desks and people with headphones on, deep into their work. Sector 49 is a hub for these kinds of businesses, so we are surrounded by other tech companies. It’s a fast-paced place. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on calls, trying to figure out the best way to handle a client's technical needs. The office isn't nothing special to look at—just white walls and some posters we put up to make it feel less empty. We have a small pantry where we spend too much time talking about cricket or the latest gadgets. It’s a good group of people here. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate jargon that usually comes with tech companies. We just want to build things that work and solve the problems our customers bring to us. Some nights the cleaning crew is waiting for us to leave so they can mop the floors. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We like the energy of Spaze I-T Park.
