Our workspace is located at 6/23 in the Begumpur Industrial Area, over in Sector 35 of Gurugram. It is an industrial zone, so you can imagine there is plenty of noise from trucks and nearby workshops throughout the day. We are right in the thick of it. The building is sturdy and doesn't have much in the way of decoration, which suits us just fine. Inside, we have set up our operations to be as efficient as possible. We work on various solutions for our clients, mostly sitting at our workstations and talking through different ideas. The air in the industrial area can be a bit heavy sometimes, but we have a few plants inside to make it feel a bit more like home. Most of our staff comes in from different parts of Gurgaon and the commute can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done before we all settle in. There is no corporate ladder here to climb. We all just pitch in where we are needed. We have a small area for lunch where we swap stories and complain about the traffic. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the day.
