Avion Systems Llp

Avion Systems Llp is based out of Flat No. 211, Tower N, in DLF New Town Heights, Sector 90, Gurgaon. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office environment. We like it that way. It feels more relaxed. You have to go through the main gate and find Tower N, which can be a bit confusing for delivery people sometimes. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some desks in the main room and a small area for meetings. It’s quiet, which helps when we need to focus on complex systems. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We're just a small group working out of a flat. Sometimes the balcony is the best place to take a break and get some fresh air. We don't have a boss who walks around in a suit. We’re all pretty much on the same level here. We just want to make sure the work is solid. Gurgaon is a busy city, but being in Sector 90 keeps us away from the worst of the noise. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decor. We’d rather spend that on better equipment. It’s a very practical way to run a business, and it seems to suit our needs just fine for now. Sometimes we have to deal with building maintenance or elevator issues, but that's just part of working in a high-rise. We keep things simple and move forward without overthinking things too much.
