Arieon Technology Pvt Ltd is situated at A 180 in Noida Sector 63. Sector 63 is a big industrial and commercial hub, so there’s always a lot of movement and energy in the air. Our building at A 180 is a simple structure that fits right in with the others on the block. We have a few floors, but our main operations are concentrated in one area to keep things simple. The office layout is pretty basic, with rows of desks and a few partitioned areas for when we need a bit of quiet. The windows are large, which lets in a lot of light during the day, although they also show how much dust settles on the glass in this part of Noida. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about the decor or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a workspace, first and foremost. There’s a small area where we keep the water cooler and the coffee machine, which is where most of the office gossip happens during breaks. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here, so the mornings are usually a bit of a scramble as everyone arrives. We don’t follow a strict corporate code; people dress comfortably and we talk to each other in a normal way without all the professional jargon. It’s a place where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home at a decent hour.
