We are located in Sukhrali at units 103 and 104. It is a straightforward office space where we do all our web development. The building is not anything modern or flashy, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have two main rooms where the team sits. It is mostly just rows of desks with monitors and a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. We work on webware, which means a lot of time spent looking at code and testing different things to see why they are not working right. Sukhrali is a decent area to be in, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late in the morning. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a few snacks. We do not have a big HR department or fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they can to get the work finished. If a client calls with a problem, one of us picks up the phone and tries to figure it out. It is a bit informal here. Sometimes we wear t-shirts and jeans, and there is usually some clutter on the desks like old notebooks or empty coffee mugs. We have been working out of these rooms for a few years now. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where we get our work done. We like the independence of being a smaller outfit.
