Jmk Enterprises

Our place, Jmk Enterprises, is situated at K/36 H. No. 1546. We are right near the police chowki in Amar Colony, which makes it pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with the area. It’s a busy little spot, and since the police chowki is mentioned twice in our records, you know there’s always something going on outside our door. We deal with various goods and supplies, so the back room is usually packed with boxes waiting to be moved or sorted. The office part is just a couple of chairs and a desk where we handle the billing and talk to customers. Amar Colony has a certain energy to it, and we feel like a real part of the neighborhood here. We know the other shop owners and the people who walk by every day. It’s not a fancy setup at all—the fan wobbles a bit and the floor tile in the corner is cracked—but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our inventory lists to make sure we haven’t missed anything. It’s just normal daily work, nothing too complicated. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a delivery arrives, but we just shuffle things around and make it work. We stay until the job is done, mostly just counting items.
