Akshaya Ks I Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the ground floor of Plot No. Ww-23 in Malibu Town. It is a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you have a lot of paperwork to get through. The office isn't very big, but it fits our desks and the few filing cabinets we need to keep things organized. Usually, there are about four or five of us in here at once, clicking away at keyboards or talking on the phone with suppliers. Malibu Town has grown a lot lately, so there are always people walking their dogs or delivery bikes zooming past the window. We started out with just a small idea and it grew into this company over the last few years. It is mostly just about keeping the schedules right and making sure the logistics don't get messy. Sometimes the internet goes out or the printer jams right when we need it, and we all have to stop and fix it together. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and we are right there working. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate place, which suits us just fine. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is good. Most of our days are spent checking lists and responding to emails. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
