Aguna Solutions Private Limited

Aguna Solutions Private Limited is over at F-298, right near Palam Vihar Phase 2. It is a convenient spot for us and it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office building. We have a fairly simple setup here with just enough desks for everyone and a small area where we can relax for a few minutes. Most of our day is spent looking at code and trying to make sure everything runs smoothly for our projects. We are a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have any formal departments or anything like that. If someone is struggling with a task, someone else just jumps in to help. It is a very casual environment. We don't wear suits or have big presentations. We just talk to our clients like normal people and tell them what we can and can't do. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we have been staring at the screen for too long. We have been in this location for a while and it feels like home to us now. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. There's always something to do, but we make sure we don't overcomplicate it.
