Our place is at Hno 923 in Sector 9 A, Gurgaon. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace for Agilent Technologies International Pvt Ltd. Being in a residential sector means things are a bit more relaxed than the big glass towers you see in the rest of Gurgaon. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the garage area is mostly used for storing parts and shipping crates. It’s a very hands-on environment. If you walk in, you might see someone testing a sensor or packing a box for a customer. We don’t go for the whole corporate look because it wouldn't fit the vibe of the street. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. We just show up, see what’s on the list for the day, and start working. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the occasional delivery truck coming through. We handle a lot of the local private limited operations from here, focusing on the technical support and the hardware side. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We prefer it this way, without all the extra layers of management or formal suits. Just a small group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Haryana, making sure the business stays on track day after day without any unnecessary complications.
