Agilent Technologies International Limited

Working out of Harmony Homes in Sushant Lok III feels a bit different than being in a typical industrial park. Since we are in Sector 57, Gurgaon, it’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice for concentrating on the technical side of the business. Our unit, 40/2, is where all the Agilent Technologies International Limited coordination happens. It’s basically a home-office environment where we keep things low-key and practical. We spend a lot of time on international calls and managing logistics for the different regions we cover. The space is filled with files and some testing gear, and there’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Most of our day is spent at our computers or talking to technicians in the field. Haryana can get quite dusty, especially with all the construction nearby, so we’re always cleaning the equipment. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a marketing team here, just folks who understand the machinery and the software. We take our breaks by walking around the complex a bit to get some air. It’s a solid place to work, and we like that it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We just focus on getting the reports out on time and making sure the inventory is right before the weekend starts. It is just how things go for us here.
