If you find yourself in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, you might come across Building 81 where Aemidio Services Pvt Ltd is situated. It is a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and cars parked everywhere. Our office is just one of many in this block, and we spend most of our time dealing with the usual administrative and service tasks. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs to get to work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a small area where we keep our lunch boxes. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at spreadsheets or technical documents all day long. We have a small team here, and we all know each other pretty well by now. There is no big reception area or anything like that, just a door that stays closed to keep the dust from the street out. We handle quite a bit of work throughout the week, and the phone rings more often than we’d like. Sometimes we stay late to finish up things that piled up during the day. It’s a practical place to work, and we don’t have much room for anything that isn't essential to the job. It is just our corner of the world where we get through our tasks and hope the traffic isn't too bad when it's time to head home.
