Adobe Consultants is tucked away in Gurgaon, Haryana. We’ve been here since the city started turning into a major hub. Our office isn't one of those massive towers you see on the skyline. We prefer a quieter spot where we can actually hear ourselves think. We do consulting work, which basically means a lot of listening and writing things down. Our team is a mix of people who have been in Gurgaon for ages and some newer folks. We don't have a dress code or anything fancy like that. Most days, we’re just in casual clothes, sitting around a table discussing projects. The traffic in Haryana can be unpredictable, so our start times are a bit flexible. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or expensive furniture. We have what we need to get the work done. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background to keep the mood light. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We know the local shops and where to get the best samosas for our meetings. It feels more like a small family than a corporation. We just focus on giving sensible advice and staying busy. It’s a simple life for us here, and we like the rhythm of it. We keep our doors open for whoever needs help.
