Our place is at Plot No. 544-E in Sector 37. This area is called Pace City-II, and it is a bit of an industrial maze if you aren't used to it. We are pretty close to Hero Honda Chowk, so there are always trucks and workers moving around outside. Adapt Software India Pvt. Ltd. is based here, which might seem a bit odd for a software company being in an industrial zone, but the space works for us. The office is plain. We have desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the microwave and some tea bags. It is not the kind of place with bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just come in, sit down, and write code. The noise from the nearby factories can be a bit much if the windows are open, so we keep them shut most of the time. We have got a small team and everyone knows their job. Some days are slow and we just chat about random things, and other days it is a mad rush to finish a project. There are a lot of wires running along the walls and the carpet is a bit worn out in front of the printer. We don't try to look like a big corporation. We are just a bunch of people working on software in a busy part of the city. If you are coming to see us, just follow the signs for Pace City and look for 544-E.
