Aarzoo Masale

We are located in Village Sakatpur, near the Post Office in Palda, which is in the Manesar Tahsil. It is a rural setting, away from the main city noise. We spend our days making different kinds of spices. We use a small building for our work, and it is just a handful of us doing everything. We buy the whole spices from the nearby farmers and markets. Before we grind anything, we sit down and clean the raw materials by hand to make sure they are clean. It is a lot of sitting and sorting, which can be tiring for the back. Once they are cleaned, we use our old grinding machines to turn them into powder. The machines are loud and they vibrate a lot, but they have worked for us for a long time. The air in Sakatpur is usually fresh, except inside our workroom where it smells like strong red chillies. We pack the spices into simple bags and seal them ourselves. We don't have any fancy branding or expensive labels. We just want to make sure the quality of the masala is good enough for our own families to eat. Manesar is developing fast, but our village still feels like a quiet place. We like it that way. We aren't trying to do anything big, just making good spices for people who live around here.
