If you ever find yourself at the Galleria Shopping Complex in Dlf City-Iv, you might see us at Shop 45. The place is called Aarambh. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or getting food with their families. Our shop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside the walls. We’ve been here in Gurgaon for a while now. It’s a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick. One minute the shop is empty and the next it’s full of people asking questions all at once. We try to keep up as best as we can. It’s just us running the place, so things can get a bit hectic during the holidays. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a local business. We deal with all sorts of customers every day. Some are in a hurry and some like to chat for a bit. We prefer the ones who chat, honestly. It makes the long day go by faster. We stock a variety of things depending on what people are looking for lately. The location is good because people are always passing by on their way to other shops in the mall. Sometimes the air conditioning in the complex struggles during the peak of summer, but we just keep the door open and keep going. It’s a good little spot. We put in a lot of hours here and try to keep things organized.
