83Incs Softech Private Limited operates out of the JMD Megapolis on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. We are on the second floor in suite SF 221. This building is a big IT complex, so there are always lots of other tech people around in the elevators and the food court. It can be a bit anonymous sometimes, but we try to keep our own office feeling a bit more personal. We have a small team of developers and support staff who occupy this space. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a small area where we can sit and eat. We aren't into the whole "startup culture" with bean bags or ping pong tables. We are more interested in just getting our work finished on time. The traffic on Sohna Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. During that extra time, we usually just chat about the projects or plan for the next day. We have been in this building for a while now and have seen many companies come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we are doing. It is a practical way to run a tech business in a city as busy as Gurgaon. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work we are paid for and try to do it well. It is a simple life here in the complex.
