Vintages Industries

Our workshop is at Plot No 80 in Sector 6 of IMT Manesar. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of other factories and units around us. Vintages Industries is basically just a group of us working on the floor every day. We don't have a lot of office space because most of what we do happens out where the machines are. It can get quite loud during the peak hours of production. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to keep things lively. The yard outside gets a bit muddy when it rains, which is a bit of a pain for the delivery trucks. We aren't really into big marketing or anything like that. We just produce what we need to and make sure the quality is decent before anything leaves the gate. Most of the guys here have been living in the area for a long time. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade when the sun is out. It is a simple routine that we have followed for years. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch, and other times we head home right on time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with our hands and keep the machines running at Plot 80. It is a lot of hard work but it keeps us going.
