Alok International (P) Ltd.

We are located at Plot No.264 in Udyog Vihar, Phase Iv, which is a busy industrial area. Alok International (P) Ltd. has been operating from this building for several years. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a pretty standard setup for this part of town. We have our office space and then the area where we handle all the products. Most of the time, the place is full of boxes and the sound of people working. It’s not the quietest environment, but we prefer it that way because it means things are moving. We do a lot of coordination with different suppliers and clients, so there is always a fair amount of back-and-forth on the phones and email. Our team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a lot of layers of management or anything like that. If there's a problem with an order, we just talk to each other and try to fix it right then and there. The traffic in Udyog Vihar can be a real pain in the afternoon, so we try to get our shipping done early if we can. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to run a steady business. We don't put on airs or try to act like a giant corporation. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure our records stay straight. It's a lot of paperwork and physical labor, but it keeps us busy.
