We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just make pens. The building is older than some of the newer glass towers nearby. It has two floors and the stairs creak a bit when you go up. Inside, the sound of the assembly area is always there in the background. It’s a constant hum. We have people who have been working here for years. They know the machines better than anyone. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll mostly see boxes stacked up ready to be shipped out. The office part is just a few desks with old computers and a lot of paper. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a busy place so there’s always something lying around. Lunchtime is when it gets a bit more social. We usually sit outside if the weather isn't too hot. Phase-5 is always crowded, so getting in and out takes some patience. We aren't a big international brand you see in commercials. We are just a local factory making writing instruments.
